Bryce Jenkins
Founder & CEO
Life is a journey, and it’s a performance. When Bryce is not running The VCo, he is running ultramarathons and eating sandwiches. Bryce predicts that one day he will be a rockstar. You’ll probably never hear his music, unless Heavy Metal is to your liking. And ladies, incase you are wondering, no, Bryce is happily married, with three beautiful kids. His family totally rocks (pun intended).
Ashley Goldsbury
Executive Assistant
Ashley has been with The Virtuous Collective for 5 years as Bryce’s Executive Assistant. Ash spends way too much valuable office time keeping The VCo executives in order (someone has to!). Fun fact: Ash was so horrified to speak with Bryce for the first year because she found him intimidating. Now, Ashley will tell Bryce what to do without a thought. Ashley married Liam (who had a great mullet!) in 2020, and welcomed their baby girl, Matilda, into the world in 2021. Outside of office hours, you’ll find Ash spending ridiculous amounts of time on the road exploring this vast and beautiful country.
Baydon Smith
Portfolio Manager
Baydon has a background in finance and financial planning for the past 21 years. Starting in corporate banking, Baydon evolved into owning and being the sole director of a finance company for 8 years. He additionally spent 4.5 years working in the academic field lecturing in the areas of Financial Planning, SMSF and Portfolio Management. Baydon holds the position of Investment & Portfolio Manager with the VCo. His expertise and background in this genre of financial planning makes him the prime candidate in the creation and implementation of many sandwiches on the menu. Additionally, Baydon is a proud father of 2 and has interests that extend into martial arts and water sports.
Curt Hall
Head of Insurance
Our in-house Insurance Guru, Curt Hall, studied at Bond University and received a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Finance. Despite this outstanding accomplishment, Curt is currently completing his degree at Griffith University, as the regulatory body for Financial Planning in Australia does not recognise Bond University as an approved higher education provider (spewing!). Despite Curt’s nerdy side, he is highly engaged in physical activity. Although Curt doesn’t particularly enjoy running, he is attempting his first marathon in 2022! Like his nephew, Curt is inclined to think there’s something very satisfying on the other side of a few hours of pain and suffering. Curt believes that if everyone voluntarily subscribed to something that tests your resilience once in a while, the world would be a much more tolerable place.
Faye Salidaga

Faye Salidaga exemplifies the art of juggling work and mom duties in the modern world. Born and raised in the Philippines, she has always had a passion for both her career and her family. She pursued her dreams of having a successful career while also embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood. As a proud mother of one child, she knows firsthand the highs and lows of juggling work and family life. Faye believes that being a working mom is not a limitation but an opportunity to prove that it's possible to have it.
Rosemil Casimero

Rosemil Casimero, or Aunty Rose, has a degree in engineering, yet she managed to learn accounting on her own, maintaining financial records and statements in her previous work. An accomplished cook, she loves culinary courses while balancing work and being a doting mother to her two kids. When not busy, she occasionally does cross-stitching, reads eBooks, and plays puzzle games. She also loves to watch movies at home with her kids to destress.
Mandy Wang
Client Services Manager
Mandy Wang distils the things she loves into the three Fs: family, food and fitness. From kayaking the emerald waters of the Gold Coast waterway to hiking through the canopies of the Hinterland. When not in the office, you will find Mandy out and about enjoying the outdoors.

Jereme Meneses is a remarkable young professional who, at a young age, has already made significant strides in his career. Jereme is the youngest of the 11 siblings. Hailing from the Philippines, he is known for his dedication, innovative thinking and unwavering commitment on his work. On the other side of thing, Jereme is a jolly person, love to party and love to dance, he also want to spent his vacant time joining Zumba and playing volleyball. With his passion on work, Jereme is a shining example of the potential on the younger generation in today’s workforce.

I have several years' experience in the financial services industry. I am dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of service and assistance possible in a timely, efficient, and professional manner by using the depth of knowledge and expertise that I possess, along with the skills that have been beneficial to me throughout my career and working effectively both as part of a team and individually to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
If I'm not working, I'm either freediving, trekking, playing badminton, table tennis, or scrabble.
Dan Boardman

Dan joined the VCo team as the Business Development Manager in 2021. Dan’s hobbies include riding motorbikes, being the captain of the Bond University Rugby team and playing a round of golf. Dan’s favourite fact about himself is sharing the same birthday as Shaquille O’Neal! Although Dan is still new to Team VCo, he loves the role he’s stepped into & is looking forward to a bright future with The Virtuous Collective.

Christine Umpad is a true homebody, finding comfort and joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had been exposed to exchange programs and volunteer activities in the past. When she's not curled up with a ball of yarn and a crochet hook, she's immersed in the captivating world of One Piece anime and finds solace in the heartfelt lyrics of Taylor Swift's music.
Welfreda Gingco
Personal Assistant
Welfreda Gingco or Wella is a Biology graduate with a passion for the great outdoors. From a young age, she was captivated by the wonders of nature and developed a deep curiosity about the living world around her. It was this curiosity that led her to pursue a degree in Biology, where she gained valuable knowledge about the intricacies of life and the environment.
Recently, she has taken on a new role as a personal assistant to both Bryce and Kristee, two individuals who have made a significant impact in their respective fields. This opportunity has allowed her to utilize her organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail to support them in their busy lives.
Outside of work, you can often find her spending time with her family. Whether it's going on spontaneous adventures to explore new places or simply enjoying lazy days at home, being with her family brings immense joy and fulfillment.
